小秋葵化学成分的分离与鉴定(Ⅱ)

摘要 目的研究小秋葵(Hibiscus trionum Linn.)化学成分,为进一步阐明其活性成分,为开发利用提供科学依据。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法、重结晶法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从小秋葵中分离鉴定了7个化合物,即咖啡酸(caffeic acid,1)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,2)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(3-methoxyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid,3)、没食子酸乙酯(ethyl gallate,4)、苯甲酸(benzoic acid,5)、丁二酸(succinic acid,6)、腺苷(adenosine,7)。结论化合物1、3、4、5、7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1-7为首次从小秋葵植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hibiscus trionum Linn.. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 columns and the recrystaUization methods. Chemical properties and NMR data were employed for the structural identification. Results Seven compounds were isolated, their structures were identified as caffeic acid( 1 ) ,3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid( 2), 3-methoxyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid ( 3 ), ethyl gallate (4), benzoic acid ( 5 ), succinic acid ( 6), adenosine (7), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 1,3,4,5,7 are obtained from the Hibiscus genus for the first time and I-7 are isolated from Hibiscus trionum Linn. for the first time.
