摘要
目的对茜草科拉拉藤属植物蓬子菜(Galium verumL.)全草的体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液提取物进行分离并鉴定。方法采用硅胶柱色谱等方法分离化学成分,1H-NMR、13C-NMR等方法进行结构鉴定。结果从体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为2,5-二羟基-1-甲氧基-蒽醌(2,5-dihydroxy-1-methoxyanthraquinone,1)、1-羟基-2-羟甲基-3-甲氧基-蒽醌(1-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethy-3-methoxyanthraquinine,2)、环烯醚萜内酯(morindolide,3)、水晶兰苷(monotropein,4)、去乙酰车叶草苷酸(deacetylasperulosidic acid,5)、6α-羟基-京尼平苷(6α-hydrox-ygeniposide,6)。结论化合物1、2、3为从本属植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the 95% (φ) EtOH extract of Galium verum L.. Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and the 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural elucidation. Results Compounds 1-6 were obtained and their structures were identified as 2,5-dihydroxy-l-methoxyanthraquinone ( 1 ), 1 -hydroxy-2- hydroxymethy-3-methoxyanthraquinine ( 2 ), morindolide ( 3 ), monotropein ( 4 ), deacetylasperulosidic acid (5), 6 α-hydroxygeniposide ( 6 ). Conclusions Among them, compounds 1-3 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
