摘要
采用硅橡胶热膨胀模塑成型法(SRTEM)制备了弧形聚合物锂离子电池,研究了SRTEM制备异型聚合物锂离子电池的设计准则,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、恒流充放电测试研究了成型温度对弧形电池内部物质聚集状态及充放电性能的影响,并与平板聚合物锂离子电池的电性能进行对比研究。结果表明,采用SRTEM制备异型聚合物锂离子电池是可行的,成型的关键在于对橡胶膜厚度及合模间隙的控制。在橡胶膜厚度为5mm,合膜间隙为0.14mm时,最佳成型温度为130℃,且表现出比平板锂离子电池更好的电性能,体现了SRTEM制备异型聚合物锂离子电池的潜在优越性。
Arched polymer Li-ion batteries were prepared with SRTEM. The design criterion of preparing irregular polymer Li-ion batteries with SRTEM was studied. The influences of molding temperature on the morphology and electrochemical performance of arched polymer Li-ion batteries were investigated via SEM and galvano-static charge-discharge measurements. A comparison of electrical performance was made between the arched and flat Li-ion batteries. The experimental results show that the preparation of arched polymer Li-ion batteries with SRTEM is feasible and the key factors of SRTEM are the thickness of silicon rubber and the mould gap. When the molding temperature is 130 ℃ the thickness of silicon rubber is 5 mm and the mould gap is 0.14 mm, the arched Li-ion batteries shows better electrochemical performance than the flat Li-ion batteries, which indicates the potential advantages of SRTEM in preparing the irregular polymer Li-ion batteries.
