摘要
通过直接沉淀的方法成功地在氧化锌的表面包覆一层In(OH)3。X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)和透射电子显微镜法(TEM)测试证明,ZnO表面包覆的为纳米级In(OH)3。通过充放电循环、循环伏安以及交流阻抗等电化学方法研究了表面包覆纳米In(OH)3的ZnO的电化学性能,与纯ZnO以及混入In(OH)3的ZnO相比,表面包覆纳米In(OH)3的ZnO具有较高的放电容量、较低的容量衰减率、较低的充电电压以及较稳定的中值电压。XRD测试表明,ZnO表面包覆的In(OH)3在充电的过程中转变成了单质铟。
In(OH)3-coated ZnO was successfully prepared by direct precipitation technique. XRD and TEM test results revealed that In (OH)3 was coated on the surface of ZnO particle. The electrochemical performance of In (OH)3- coated Z.nO was investigated by charge/discharge method, cyclic voltammogram and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Compared with pure ZnO and ZnO intermingled with In(OH)3, In(OH)3-coated ZnO shows the largest discharge capacity, the lowest fading rate, the lowest charge plateau voltage and the most stable median discharge voltage. XRD test results show that the coated In (OH)3 on the surface of ZnO changes into In in the process of charge.
