摘要
硅基负极材料由于具有理论比容量高等优点,有望成为替代商业化石墨或碳负极的材料。然而,在充放电循环过程中,容量迅速衰减阻碍了硅负极在商业上的使用。主要介绍了近年来硅基负极材料(硅单质、硅氧化物、硅复合物以及采用不同的粘结剂)的研究进展,阐述了硅基材料作为锂离子电池负极材料的研究前景。
Silicon-based anodes have been investigated as possible substitute for the commercial graphite or carbon anode due to their high theoretical special capacity. However, the rapid capacity decay during charge-discharge cycling has hindered their application. The silicon-based anode materials in recent years were reviewed, including silicon powders, oxides, composites and different binders, and the prospects for lithium-ion batteries anode materials were also discussed.
