Bi_2O_3对Bi_2O_3-ZnO-B_2O_3玻璃润湿性能的研究 被引量:3

Research of the Bi_2O_3 Content Effect on the Bi_2O_3-ZnO-B_2O_3 System Glass Wetting Property

摘要 利用高温显微镜拍照观察粉末压片后Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3系统低熔点玻璃的形态随温度升高的变化特征;使用卧式石英膨胀仪测定各组成玻璃的软化点。得到压片试样形态随温度升高的变化规律以及Bi2O3对该系统玻璃热性能及润湿性能的影响。结果表明:随着温度的升高,粉末压片圆柱体试样会产生烧结、软化、润湿不锈钢基体表面等过程;一定范围内Bi2O3含量的提高使软化过程提前,降低了Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3系统低熔点玻璃的软化点,使其在较低温度就能润湿不锈钢。 The morphological characteristics changing of Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3 system pressed powder glass as the improving of temperature was observed by high-temperature microscope camera; the softening point of glass was measured by the horizontal quartz dilatometer. Then the change of the pressed samples as well as thermal properties and wetting properties were obtained. The result shows that the pressed samples are processed sintering, softening, and wetting the surface of stainless steel as the improving of temperature. A certain range improvement of the Bi2O3 content reduces the softening point of Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3 system glass so that it can wetting the stainless steel in a lower temperature.
