摘要
以烧结法CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃为研究基础,研究了K2O、MgO含量的变化对玻璃颗粒的起始烧结温度、起始析晶温度及摊平温度的影响规律。结合XRD、SEM及抗折强度测试等分析手段探讨了K2O、MgO对该系统微晶玻璃结构及机械性能的影响。
In the paper, based on the CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramics by sintering technology, the influence of K2O, MgO content on the incipient sintered temperature, the incipient crystallization temperature and the flattening temperature of the glass particles are researched. The influence of K2O,MgO on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of glass-ceramics are discussed by the XRD,SEM and mechanics tests.
