辅助剂在钛白釉中的应用研究

摘要 选择Al2O3、P2O5和MgO 3种氧化物作为钛白釉的辅助剂,以白度、外观颜色以及锐钛矿的生成量等方面进行评价,通过正交试验方法来确定辅助剂的用量以及多种辅助剂之间的比例关系。结合DTA和XRD图谱分析,研究了辅助剂对钛白釉析晶过程以及晶型种类的影响。实验结果表明:当Al2O3∶MgO∶P2O5(摩尔比)≈1∶1∶1时,可以获得锐钛矿含量很高的钛白釉。 Abstract: Al2O3、P2O5 and MgO are selected as assistant agent of titanium vitreous enamel in this article. The best amount of auxiliaries, as well as a reasonable ratio between the agents iss determined mainly from whiteness, appearance and formation amount of anatase by the orthogonal experiment. The affection of assistant agent to the crystallization process and the crystalline structure are researched combining with analysis of DTA and XPd) patterns,. When the molar ratio of Al2O3. to MgO to P2O5 is 1 to 1 to 1, it will gain a high content of anatase in titanium vitreous enanlel.
