摘要
采用热处理的方法,制备3TiO2-45.7BaO-51.3B2O3微晶玻璃,利用XRD、透射光谱研究表明,获得了含-βBBO微晶的透明微晶玻璃。采用Maker条纹法研究了微晶玻璃的二阶非线性光学效应,结果表明,当580~620℃热处理4 h时,微晶尺寸小、数量少,不足以破坏玻璃的各向同性,观测不到二次谐波信号;当620℃热处理8 h时,玻璃的-βBBO微晶破坏了玻璃的各向同性,诱导了二次谐波的产生;对该样品进行抛光后,二次谐波信号减弱直至消失,进一步表明玻璃表面的-βBBO微晶是导致玻璃产生二次谐波信号的原因。
The crystallized glasses of 3TiO2-45.7BaO-51. 3B2O3 system were prepared by heat treatment method. The results of XRD and transmittance spectrum show that transparent crystallized glass containing β-BBO is obtained. The second harmonic generation (SHG) effect of the crystallized glasses is researched by utilizing Maker-fringe technique. It is found that the inversion symmetry of the glass cannot be broken by small grain size and quantity microcrystal when calcining at 580 -- 620 ℃ for 4 h, and the SHG effect can not be observed. The inversion symmetry of the glass was broken by β-BBO in the glass when calcining at 620 ℃ for 8 h, which induces the occurrence of SHG effect. The SHG intensity gradually decreases after polishing. The results indicate that β-BBO in the glass induced the SHG effect.
