摘要
在异质的透明材料复合过程中,针对聚氨酯胶片(PU)与定向有机玻璃(D-PMMA)界面粘结强度低的问题,该论文拟以一定溶剂溶解聚氨酯胶片,并在其溶液中引发丙烯酸同系物的聚合反应,形成一种类似互穿网络的热力学相容体系,以该体系改善界面的粘接强度。研究结果表明:在聚氨酯胶片的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMP)溶液中,引发甲基丙烯酸(MA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)的聚合,可以配置出界面处理剂;该处理剂与两基材接触角的平均值在30°以下,可以明显改善界面的粘接强度。论文讨论了处理剂与聚氨酯胶片及定向有机玻璃的作用机理。
In order to improve adhesion strength between Polyurethane interlayer (PU) and directional PMMA plate, IPN compounds, which are consistent in thermodynamics with both substrates, are prepared to increase interracial adhesion strength. The way of synthesizing the compounds is to dissolve PU by certain solvents flint, then initiating the polymerization reaction of methacrylate serials. The result is shown that primer can form after PU solution solved by DMP polymerization with MA, MMA and BMA. The primer can improve the adhesion strength greatly between PU and PMMA interface under the condition that the average contact angle of primer with two different substrate, s is less than 30 degree. At the end, the article discusses the mechanism of primer to PU and PMMA.
