摘要
为了保证钛白釉的瓷层具有良好的乳浊性能、光泽度以及白度等性能,搪瓷钛白釉必须具有高含量的锐钛矿晶相,不含或少含金红石相和板钛矿相。适当的烧成温度和烧成时间可以让钛白釉在烧成过程中产生较多锐钛矿晶型,避免金红石晶型的产生,因此钛白釉的烧成温度、烧成时间对其性能起着十分重要的作用。通过XRD分析,研究了钛白釉烧成制度与晶相种类和含量的关系,指出烧成温度在840~880℃,烧成时间在5 min以内,可获得较多锐钛矿晶相。
In order to guarantee the titanium vitreous enamel layer possess favorable milky performance, glossiness as well as whiteness, high content of anatase crystalline phase and low content of brookite and futile phase are necessary in titanium vitreous enamel. A reasonable sintering temperature and sintering time are important to obtain superior anatase crystal during the sintering processing, Thus the sintefing system is crucial to the titanium white glaze' s performance. The relationship between sintering system and the type and content of crystal phase was researched by XRD. Results indicate that more anatase crystalline phase could be get between 840-880℃ and less than 5 min.
