摘要
铅钒碲系统易熔玻璃由基础玻璃与低膨胀填料均匀混合制得。首先从结晶化学的角度分析了ZnO、Bi2O3等氧化物对基础玻璃析晶性能的影响,V O双键中的非桥氧可能与之形成配键,形成较大的离子集团,降低了V5+的迁移能力,使玻璃的析晶能力下降;其次介绍了低膨胀填料钙钛酸铅与基础玻璃的混合比例对该系统玻璃热膨胀系数的调整,随着比例的提高,易熔封接玻璃的膨胀系数降低,当混合比例为35∶75时,膨胀系数由125×10-7/℃,降至70×10-7/℃。
Abstract: PbO-V2O5-TeO2 glass system is uniformly mixed from the basic glass and low expansion filler. This paper first analyzes the influence of such oxides as gnO, Bi2O3 to crystallization properties of the basic glass from the perspective of crystal chemistry. The non-bridge oxygen in V-O double bond may form coordination bond with Zn2+ , Bi3+ ions, and they together form higher ionic group, reducing the migration ability of Vs+ and then the crystallization of glad. Next this paper explains the relationship between the mixing ratio of low-expansion filler (Ca0.25Pb0.75TiO3) with the basic glass and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the sealing glass. With a higher ratio, the expansion coefficient of fusible glass will become lower. When the mixing ratio reaches 35:75, the expansion coefficient will drop from 25 ×10^-7/℃ to 70 ×10^-7/℃.
