摘要
研究了6种不同熔制工艺对搪瓷钛白釉的白度及结晶行为的影响。研究表明:在高温(≥1 350℃)、长时间的熔制工艺条件下,钛白釉的白度值较高。此种熔化工艺条件,在适当温度下烧结,有利于钛白釉中锐钛矿晶型的大量析出,相对含量较高。
Whiteness and crystallization of titania vitreous enamel in six different melting technologies was analyzed.The result shows that the whiteness of titania is much better in higher temperature(≥1 350 ℃) and longer melting temporal hour.Under appropriate sintering temperature,this melting technology is propitious to the separation of anatase in titania vitreous enamel,thus anatase has a higher content ratio.This will guide the commercial run by all means.
