摘要
《法律基础》承担着培养当代大学生法律意识,提高公民法律、素养的重任。而传统的"黑板粉笔加法条"进行法理讲解的模式显然难以满足当代大学生尤其成教业余类学生多元化思维方式的需要。针对成教业余类学生多元化的特点,我们在课堂教学中增加讨论性因素,建立师生互动机制;把学生带出教室,走进法院和律所去亲身感受;把律师请进教室咨询,配合课堂教学。从而形成一种课堂教学和实践环节相结合的教学模式。
The law foundation course undertakes the task of breeding contemporary college students' legal consciousness and of promoting the citizen' s inner quality on the law. The traditional teaching methods of explaining legal principle with "blackboard and chalk and legal provision" obviously cann' t reach the requirement from the students studying afterhours in Adult Higher Education and their polynary mode of thinking.In connection with the polynary mode of thinking of the students studying afterhours in adult higher education,we mix discussional ingredient into class instructions and build the mechanism of the interaction between teachers and students,the undergraduates are taken out of class and get personal experiences from entering the court of law and the law office;the lawyers will be invited into class to offer consultation services which assists the class instractions.A Teaching Methods of combination of Class Instructions and practical teachingwill be formed from all these.
