摘要 支气管哮喘（哮喘）是小儿常见的慢性肺部疾病，近年来发病率在世界范围内逐年增加，已引起国际社会的广泛关注。早期确诊及规范化治疗对预后至关重要。1993年美国国立卫生院心肺血液研究所（NHLBD联合世界卫生组织（WHO）成立了“全球哮喘防治创议”专家组，并于1995年出版了《全球哮喘防治的创议》（Global Initiative for Asthma，GINA），GINA方案问世以来，对全球哮喘的规范化诊治具有重要的指导意义；
