已完工程数据是工程造价管理中一种重要的信息资源。本文从系统的观点出发，论述了已完工程数据库的建立、分析和实施，以求管理信息系统能更好地为我国的工程造价管理服务。

Data of constructed proect is the important kind of information resource in Project Cost Management .From the point of system, this paper discusses the driification, analysis and procession of data base of constructed project, in order to make the best use of MIS inthe native Project Cost Management .
