摘要
在鞍山钢铁公司第三炼钢厂180 t氧气转炉上进行了应用普通石灰和活性石灰的对比试验,结果表明,由于活性石灰晶粒细小、活性度高,具有成渣速度快,去硫、磷效果好等冶金特性,从而显著地改善了各项经济技术指标。
Comparation tests for metallurgical effects between active lime and common lime have beendone on a 180 t oxygen converter in the Third Steelmaking Plant, Anshan Iron and Steel Com-pany. The results show that the active lime with fine crystals and high activity has very goodmetallurgical quality so that it can shorten the time for slag formation and give better desulfuri-zation and dephosphorization. Therefore, technico-economic indices of the converter operation havebeen improved remarkably.
