摘要
历史观信息主义是对社会观信息主义的一种视界扩展,它将广义的信息技术(媒介)的发展作为人类文明和社会形态历史变迁的根本原因,视传播技术史为人类文明史,其观点虽然较为极端,但也对技术哲学提出了若干需要进一步探讨的问题。
Historical informationalism is the horizon expansion of social informationalism. It takes information technology（IT） as the fundamental reason of change of human civilization and social form, and regards the history of communication technology as the history of human civilization. It puts forward many problems that philosophy of technology should discuss although some of its points of view are in the extreme.
