苯乙烯装置换热网络的改进

摘要 作者应用B.Linnhoff等人提出的狭点技术,对年产6万吨苯乙烯装置换热网络的50余个换热器进行了分析和评价,并提出了两项改进意见。改进结果可节省3.4 MPa的高压蒸汽3.18 t/h,冷却水48 t/h,另外对换热网络最小温差的选择进行了讨论。 Pinch point technology, proposed by B. Linnhoff, was used for analysis and evaluation of the heat exchanger network in a 60, 000 t/a styrene plant, which involves about 50 heat exchangers. According to the results, two suggestions for adjusting the network were proposed. 4.18 t/h high pressure steam and 48 t/h cooling water can be saved by the suggested measures. Finally, the method of determining the minimum temperature difference for heat exchanger network was discussed.
