摘要
研究目的:以柳林隧道无砟轨道工程为例,阐述了隧道内采用CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道施工关键技术,如CPⅢ点的测设技术、轨排组装、粗调、轨道精调及混凝土浇筑等,这些关键技术对保证无砟轨道的施工精度起到了关键作用,可为类似工程提供借鉴。研究结论:无砟轨道工程建设中,控制各道工序的精度是关键;轨道铺设施工的前提有可满足精度要求的测量控制网;但实际施工质量取决于粗调、精调和混凝土浇筑质量;在保证轨向锁定器、支腿螺柱、精调轨检系统调整精度的条件下,开展程序化、规范化施工也是确保无砟轨道施工质量的关键。
Research purposes: Taking construction of the ballastless track in Liulin Tunnel as an example, the key construction technology for CRTS Ⅰ double - block ballastless track in tunnel is described, such as the technology of CPⅢ-point measurement, track panel assembling, coarse adjustment, fine adjustment of track and concrete pouring etc.. These technologies play key role in guaranteeing the precision of ballastless track construction and can be as the reference to the similar works. Research conclusions :The precision control of every construction process is the key point during the ballastless. The survey control network to meet the measurement precision requirements is essential to laying the ballastless track. However, the real construction quality depends on the quality of the coarse adjustment, fine adjustment and concrete pouring. The sequencing and normative construction is also the key point of guaranteeing the track construction quality under condition of guaranteeing the precision of rail anchor, strut bolt and fine turning rail system.
