认为在回收利用某些民用空调及工业制冷的排热时，使用封闭式冷却塔比传统的使用开敞式冷却塔加热交换器或空冷器更经济，而且运行操作更简便易行。比较了几种形式冷却塔的特点并简述了其热交换原理、结构和应用条件。
States that in applications of heat recovery from commercial HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems, using closed circuit cooling towers is more economical than the combination of the traditional open type cooling tower and the heat exchanger or air cooler, and makes simpler operation and maintenance of the system. Discusses typical cooling systems, their operating principles, structure and applications.
