大肠埃希菌和克雷伯菌ESBLs及AmpC酶的检测 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,由于β-内酰胺类抗生素,特别是第3代头孢菌素的广泛应用,细菌对这类抗生素产生的耐药问题十分突出,给临床抗感染治疗带来极大困难。革兰阴性杆菌是临床感染的主要病原菌,其中AmpC酶在革兰阴性杆菌耐药机制中的地位日渐突出,特别是质粒型AmpC酶的出现,使AmpC酶获得了与ESBLs相同的进化背景,
