急性冠脉综合征患者血浆白介素及可溶性黏附因子检测分析
摘要
急性冠脉综合征（acutec oronary syndromes，ACS）包括不稳定性心绞痛、非Q波性心肌梗死、急性Q波性心肌梗死及心脏性猝死，它是冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块由稳定转为不稳定，继而破裂，随之激活血小板且促进凝血酶形成，最终导致血栓冠状血管阻塞致使心肌缺血、缺氧而引起的心脏病。
