摘要
针对钛酸钡的结构特点和优良的介电性能,阐述了钛酸钡粉体的不同制造方法,并对其进行了比较。结合钛酸钡在电子工业的应用现状和广泛的应用前景对制备钛酸钡粉体进行了展望,指出:大规模工业化生产出相对廉价的高纯超细的钛酸钡粉体是未来的研究重点和发展趋势。
For the structural characteristics of barium titanate and excellent dielectric properties, the different manufacturing methods of Barium titanate powders were investigated and compared. The preparation of barium titanate powders were prospects in the electronics industry status and a wide range of applications. It was supposed that a relatively inexpensive high-purity ultra-fine powders of barium titanate are the focus of future research and development trends in large-scale industrial production.
