摘要
采用差热分析的方法,根据不同升温速率下的析晶峰温度研究了可加工微晶玻璃的析晶动力学参数,并采用X-ray衍射对其在不同温度下的晶相组成结果对其析晶过程进行了研究,最后根据衍射曲线,计算了可加工微晶玻璃中的晶体含量约为40%。
This paper studied the crystallization dynamics parameter of canasite machinable glass- ceramics by the DTA methods according to the crystallization peak temperature of different temperature rising rate. And the crystallization process was also studied through the crystallization phase composition with the different temperature by XRD. Finally, the crystallization content within the machinable glass-ceramics was about 40% that calculated by the XRD curve.
