我国产销区粮食运输存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Grain Supply in Production and Selling Area of China

历史经验告诉我们,粮食安全的突发性风险往往发生在流通环节。解决粮食运输问题对于保证粮食的有效供给,保障我国粮食安全具有重要的现实意义。本文从我国粮食运输发展现状入手,找出制约粮食运输的深层次原因,在此基础上提出加快铁路建设,加大资金投入,发展粮食散运,以及发展陆海联运等措施,以期对粮食运输问题提出有效的解决办法。

History tells us that accidental grain risks usually happen in the circulation process. Solving grain transportation problems are of practical significance to guarantee effective supply of grain and China＇ grain safety. This paper analyses the statusquo of our grain transportation development and locates deeper reasons restricting grain transportation. And it proposes to speed up railway construction, increase capital input, develop bulk grain transportation and use combined transportation of railway and plane to solve grain transportation problems.
