摘要
介绍了一种幅相一致、低杂散多通道上变频器的电路组成及混频、滤波及增益控制等关键电路的设计。论述了杂散的产生及抑制,对影响幅度一致性和相位一致性的因素进行了分析,并提出了控制多路上变频器的幅度一致性、相位一致性的方法。该多通道上变频器的幅度一致性优于1dB,相位一致性优于6°,带内杂散优于-60dBc,带外杂散优于-45dBc。
This paper introduces a up-converter circuit with high Amplitude-Phase consistency and low stray and the key design of mixing, filter and gain-control, analyzes the reason of stray appearance and its rejection, analyzes the factors that influence the amplitude- phase consistency and bring forward a method to control the amplitude-phase consistency of multi-channel up-converter. Its amplitude consistency is better than ldB, phase consistency better than 6 dB, stray in band better than - 60 dBc and out-of-band stray better than - 45 dBc.
