摘要
本文详细描述了真空蒸汽处理系统的组成、工作原理、适用范围和工作性能,通过与滑阀真空泵及三级罗茨液环机组性能参数、工作情况及成本消耗情况的对比,说明真空蒸汽处理系统的优势及特点。与其它抽吸蒸汽的设备相比,真空蒸汽处理系统具有明显的节能优势。本文给出了不同压力条件下的真空蒸汽处理系统数据,对实际应用有参考意义。
The ZHS vacuum vapor treatment system was successfully developed, of which the configuration, working principle, application scope and features were discussed. Compared with the similar systems such as a slide valve vacuum pump in combination with a 3-stages Roots-liquid ring pump, the vacuum vapor treatment system we developed shows the superiority in energy saving. The tested data of the system under different pressures provide an appropriate reference for actual applications.
