应用电容法测量颗粒物堆积特性试验研究

摘要 颗粒物堆积现象是常见的社会现象,研究颗粒物堆积时的容积、密度等特性对社会生产合理和安全的进行有重要意义。本文用介质变化型电容传感器研究了河砂颗粒物自然堆积时的特性,研究表明,所设计的电容传感器灵敏度高,能检测微小电容变化量;电容传感器输出的电压信号和河砂的容积、密度呈线性特性,这对其他颗粒物堆积特性的试验研究具有一定的指导作用。 Particle accumulation is a common phenomenon of social production, the research of social production characteristics of particulate accumulation of safety and reasonable to have the important meaning. The fiver sand paper with different size to simulate the real particle accumulation phenomenon, We detection range of different size, volume river sands that generate signals in containers with capacitance sensor, so as to study river sand accumulation characteristics. The accumulation of river sand production of other particles in reality the accumulation characteristics.
