摘要
目的探讨微泡激励的超声空化效应对正常犬前列腺组织的损伤作用。方法15只健康成年雄性犬随机分为超声微泡组、单纯超声组和微泡假照组。在开腹情况下,联合经静脉推注微泡0.1ml/kg和脉冲式超声辐照前列腺10min,治疗后获取前列腺组织,进行大体、光镜和电镜检查。结果超声微泡组,光镜见前列腺细胞间隙可见显著的微血管破裂、大量出血和血肿形成;电镜可见细胞器肿胀,桥粒等细胞连接断裂,红细胞露出。结论超声激励的微泡空化效应对犬前列腺有明显的机械损伤作用。
Objective To explore the damage of ultrasound (US)-induced microbubble (MB) cavitation on the prostate in dogs. Methods A total of 15 dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups, US + MB group, simple US group and MB group. After abdominal opening to expose the prostates, the dogs of US + MB group received an intravenous injection of self-made MB 0. 1 mL/kg and a pulsed focused ultrasound radiation for 10 rain at the same time. The animals of simple US group were given normal saline injection and the radiation, while those of the MB group were injected with MB at the same dose but no ultrasound radiation. The prostates was removed immediately after radiation for gloss observation, light and electron microscopy. Results Microvessle rupture, hemorrhage and hematoma in the prostate were found in the US + MB group. And swollen organelles, broken intercellular bridge and infiltrated erythrocyte were observed too. Conclusion Ultrasoundinduced MB cavitation causes obvious mechanical damage in the prostate tissue of dogs.
