摘要
以河北邢台石榴石矿物为原料,借助DTA及XRD分析,探讨了高温成形法制备过滤介质用微球的工艺条件。制得了以镁铁尖晶石为主晶相,粒径在0.3-0.9mm。比重3.17,60MPa压力下破碎率为23%,适宜作为石油化工行业过滤介质的微球。
By the raw material of garnet and by means of DTA and XRD, the process of micro spheres was studied. The micro-sphere with ceylonite as the main phase was obtained, which has the diameter of 0.3~0.9mm, the specific gravity of 3. 17 and fragmenting rate of 23% under the pressure of 60Mpa and can be used as filtering medium in the petrochemical field.
