腹部闭合性损伤致肠和肠系膜损伤的CT平扫诊断

CT Diagnosis in Intestinal and Mesenteric Injury after Abdominal Closed Trauma

目的探讨CT平扫在腹部损伤中肠道和肠系膜损伤的诊断价值。资料与方法对115例经手术证实的肠道和肠系膜损伤患者的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果主要CT征象:(1)腹腔游离气体:共86例(74.8%)。(2)腹腔和肠间隙积液、积血:共74例(64.3%)。(3)肠壁水肿、增厚:共71例(61.7%)。(4)肠系膜渗出、血肿:共78例(67.8%)。结论CT平扫对腹部闭合性损伤所致肠道和肠系膜损伤有重要诊断价值。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of CT in detecting intestinal and mesenteric injury after abdominal trauma. Materials and Methods CT findings of 115 cases with intestinal and mesenterie injury proved by surgery were reviewed retrospectively. Results The main signs included ： （ 1 ） Intra - abdominal free air in 86 cases （ 74.7% ）. （ 2 ） Free fluid and blood in the abdominal cavity and between the intestines in 74 cases （ 64.3 % ）. （ 3 ） Edema and thickness bowel wall in 74 cases （61.7 % ）. （4） Effusion and hematoma of mesentery in 78 cases （67.8 % ）. Conclusion CT is valuable in diagnosing intestinal and mesenterie injury after abdominal trauma.
