天基信息传输系统需求分析

为提供反映战场环境信息和战场态势变化的信息传输保障,必须建立天基信息传输系统。通过分析未来信息作战对天基信息传输系统的需求,以及研究天基信息传输系统对宽带通信、窄带通信、受保护通信以及信息网络的需求状况,得出发展天基信息传输系统的必要性。同时,对发展我国天基信息传输系统建设提出几点建议,包括:走军用、民用和商用相结合的发展路线;紧密结合作战需要;加强各系统间的相互配合;跟踪研究先进技术;加强信息管理能力。在我国原有卫星通信系统的基础上,建立具有大容量、高速率、抗干扰、高安全、互联互通的天基信息传输系统是未来我国发展的主要方向。

After analyzing the requirement of the space-based information transfer system in future information warfare, and research the space-based information transfer system requirement with the wideband communication, the narrow band communication, the safeguard communication and the information network, that is very important to develop the space-based information transfer system. At the same time, bring forward some opinions for our country, which included： developed with military, civil and commercial unifies; closed union campaign requirement; strengthens the mutual coordination between various systems; track the developing technology; enhance ability of information management. On the basic of our country＇s satellite communications, establish the great content, high speed, anti-jamming, high security, interconnection intercommunication＇s space-based information transmission system is the main develop for our country.
