Fully Using the Planed Land Resource,Molding the Characteristic Urban Landscape——A case study on the plan of the visual angle of sea in Yantai Economic and Technological Development park

在当前土地宏观调控的背景下,如何利用数量不多的土地资源,塑造独特而富有魅力的城市景观是许多城市在思索的问题。结合烟台经济技术开发区海滨地区的规划实践,通过城市特征控制、活动引导、商业业态引导、街道空间控制等方面的研究,整合滨海岸线资源,寻找在当地现有资源条件下打造城市滨海景观特色体系的途径,塑造独特的"海视角"城市景观,构筑个性化城市滨海轮廓线。

Land is the foundation of building Urban landscape, under the background of land Macro-control, lots of cities ponder how to build the unique and attractive Urban landscape with limited and planed land resource, with the experience of the visual angle plan of sea for Yantai Economic and Technological Development park, this paper is trying to look for a way to shaping the coastal city landscape feature system in local limited resource, by studying on urban character control, urban activity lead, business style lead, street space control etc, to combine coastline resource, shape unique ＂visual angle of sea＂ urban landscape, and build individuation urban coastal skyline.
