"环境法革命"作为当代中国法学研究中的一种学术思潮和理论主张,以批判和解构传统法学的概念、价值和理论体系为基本理论取向,并在否定传统法学理论的同时,凸现传统法学含蕴的文化逻辑、预设观念,以此来实现对传统法学范式的超越和重构。"环境法革命"理论的产生有其客观必然性;它既包含积极合理的因素,也存在某些不足和消极影响。正确评价"环境法革命论",充分借鉴其提供的丰富思想资源,不但能促进环境法学自身理论体系的建构,同时也有利于推动整个中国法学体系的发展和完善。

As a trend of thought in law, the theory of ＂environmental law＇s revolution＂ aims at restructuring the traditional legal concepts, value and theory to set up a new environmental law theory and to meet the challenges of contemporary environmental problems. A lot of events have contributed to the emergence of the theory of ＂environmental law＇s revolution＂, and the theory has both positive and negative factors. The reflection on the theory of ＂environmental law＇s revolution＂ will help the development of environmental law theory and the legal systems in China.
