论西方盟国与德国新闻教育的重建

Western Allies and the Reconstruction of German Journalism Education

本文对盟国占领德国时期(1945-1949)西方盟国重建德国新闻教育的原因、形式、指导思想、存在的问题及重建的影响进行了分析,认为当前德国的新闻教育并不是德国新闻教育本身自然发展的结果,而是在二战后经盟国重建而发展起来的,其中美、英、法三个西方盟国对德国新闻事业的改造起着主导作用。

This paper analyzes the causes, forms, guidelines, problems and influence of the reconstruction of German journalism education by the western allies during the occupation period （1945--1949）. It holds that the present German journalism education is not the natural development from the traditional German journalism education, but from the new basis that was laid down by the allies＇ reconstruction in this area, in which the western allies played a more important role.
