摘要
当代西方新公共管理改革形成了一种分散化、独立化和多样化的组织结构。本文在分析新公共管理组织结构限度的主要表现、成因和症结的基础上,阐释了超越新公共管理组织结构限度的三种理论谱系。
Contemporary western new public management reform formed a kind of decentralized, independent and diversified organization structure. This paper analyzes the main performance, origin and sticking point for the limits of new public management, and then explains three theoretical genealogies that go beyond the limits of the organization structure of new public management.
