摘要
免费师范生教育政策是国家在新时期提出的一项战略性措施,旨在培养优秀教师和教育家,推动我国基础教育的发展。在这一背景下,经过问卷调查和半结构访谈发现,英语专业免费师范生的学习动机有了新的变化,通过SPSS13.0归纳出八个因子:个人发展动机、兴趣动机、社会责任动机、文化融合动机、家庭责任动机、政策动机、专业观念动机以及证书动机。因此,英语专业免费师范生的培养模式应该改革,通过结合导向教学、语言教学和师范生素质教学的方式,促进他们的全面发展。
The implementation of free education for students in normal universities is a significant strategic measure carried out by the Chinese central government. This measure aims at training first-class teachers and edueationists and promoting the basic education in our nation. The findings in the questionnaire and semi-construct Ural interview indicate that some new changes can be identified in the learning motivation of the free education students majoring in English. Eight factors are summarized via SPSS 13.0, including personal development motivation, interest motivation, social responsibility motivation, cultural integration motivation, family responsibility motivation, policy motivation, professional belief motivation, and certification motivation. Accordingly, it is argued that the current training mode ought to be changed to promote the full development of the students by involving guidance teaching, language teaching and quality teaching.
