论壬寅-癸卯学制与中国高等师范教育

On Renyin-Kuimao Educational System and Higher Normal Education in China

中国教育近代化的推进、新式学堂的建立、社会对人才需求、对中国社会现状的反思以及教育体制的变革推动了壬寅—癸卯学制产生,中国高等师范教育体系正式形成。通过对学制中有关高等师范教育的培养目标、入学资格、办学条件、课程设置、学生义务、费用待遇等内容的解读,阐述其对当今中国高等师范教育改革,对进一步推行师范生免费政策,建立适合中国高等师范毕业生的分配制度和竞争机制,强化师范生的专业训练和人格培养等方面的重要意义。

The appearance of Renyin-Kuimao educational system was caused by the advancement of Chinese education modernization,the establishment of new schools, the community＇s demand for talented people,the reflections on Chinese social actuality as well as the reform of education system.And this system symbolized the formation of Chinese higher normal education system.By analyzing the training objectives,admission requirements,school requirements,curriculum,student duties,tuition and treatment related to higher normal education,we explain its significance to higher normal education reform in contemporary China,to further implementation of free of charge policy to normal school students,to the establishment of suitable distribution system and competition mechanism,and to the enhancement of normal school students＇ professional training and personality nurturing.
