日语圈跨文化交际的技巧

Intercultural Communication Skills in Japanese Language Circle

跨文化交际过程中,由于文化差异的存在,必然会有跨文化冲突的产生。根据日语圈的文化特点,解决这种冲突,要有效利用TPO原则、用心收集谈话话题、正确使用敬语等交际技巧,并掌握面试、电话、会议等公共场合的应对技巧。在日语教学中我们要把握日本文化的特点,设计各种模拟场景,为学生创造练习的机会,提高学生的跨文化交际能力。

Cultural shock usually arise from intercultural communication because of cultural differences.To solve the problem in Japanese language circle,some communication skills should be used： making use of the principle of TPO,collecting the specific topics of conversation,and correctly using honorific words.Also the coping tactics should be mastered on such occasions as interview,telephoning,meetings and conferences.In Japanese teaching,on the basis of Japanese cultural features,different kinds of situations should be designed to create opportunities for students to practice so as to improve their intercultural communication capability.
