认识高等教育组织的新路径——基于法国组织分析学派理论

摘要 法国组织分析学派认为,组织始终处于建构与解构过程中,所有的行动组织皆由行动者建构且具有权力关系的属性,组织过程始终是为了合作而围绕"游戏规则"展开的交换与协商互动的进程。法国组织分析学派理论为重新认识高等教育组织提供了一种新的路径:它启发我们对高等教育组织传统模式进行"解构",同时为高等教育组织中成员提供新的观察视角、新知识以及新的机遇。该理论对存在于具体时空中的高等教育行动组织具有很强的针对性。 According to the French organizational analysis theory,organization is always in the process of being constructed and deconstructed,all action organizations are constructed by actors and have nature of power relation,and the organization course is a process of exchange and negotiation revolving around "the rules of the game".The theory provides us a new way to recognizing higher education organizations,inspires us to deconstruct the traditional models of higher education organizations,and offers a new perspective,knowledge and opportunity to members of higher education organizations.This theory has a practical effect on current higher education action organizations.
