This thesis discusses the key role played by ticket work organization and management in the operation enterprises of urban rail transit and indicates that ticket income is the economic lifeline of traffic operation and that the level of ticket work organization is an important index to evaluate the level of operation management of the enterprise. Based on the present situation of ticket work organization and management of domestic urban rail transit, the core position of ticket work organization and management is affirmed. Details of the ticketing policy and AFC system are also introduced.
