Computer Aided Management and Control Engineering in Intelligent Building

介绍计算机辅助功能管理（ＣＡＦＭ）和计算机控制在智能建筑中的应用，给出计算机辅助物业管理系统中部分功能以及计算机控制系统的结构和方法，讨论了它们在工程中的应用与计算机管理和控制工程的一体化．

The applications of Compter Aided Facilities Management (CAFM)and Computer Control in Intelligent Building is introduced in this paper. Parts of functions about CAFM, the structure and control algorithm of control system are discussed. The use of them in the Intelligent Building and integration of the two systems are illustrated too.
