摘要
低维半导体纳米材料由于具备许多特殊的电学及光学性能,近年来受到研究学者的广泛关注。综述了近期国内外低维Ⅳ族元素半导体纳米材料制备方法的研究进展,并对已经报道的制备方法进行了分类和总结,展望了低维元素半导体的研究前景。
Low-dimensional semiconductors nanomaterials attract much attention due to their special electrical and optical properties. The progress in preparation of nano-sized Ⅳ element semiconductors is summarized, and these synthesis methods are classified. The further research foreground is put forward.
