摘要
近年来强磁场作为一种新型的陶瓷织构方法得到国内外的广泛关注。介绍了强磁场的织构工作原理,综述了应用强磁场对铋层状、钨青铜和钙钛矿结构无铅压电陶瓷进行织构的研究进展,详细讨论了强磁场下晶粒取向无铅压电陶瓷的微观结构和性能。
The application of strong magnetic field as a novel tool to align or texture ceramic grains has attracted wide interest recently. The mechanism of the strong magnetic field applied to the textured ceramics is introduced and the textured lead free piezoceramies with bismuth layered, tungsten bronze and perovskite structure using the strong magnetic field are reviewed respectively in details. Also the microstructure and related electric properties of the gain orientated piezoceramics are discussed.
