摘要
在氩气保护下将ZnS与KCl的混合粉体焙烧合成了ZnS基蓝光粉,并研究了焙烧温度及KCl添加量对荧光粉蓝光性能的影响。结果表明,在337nm波长的紫外光激发下,该荧光粉发射峰位于464nm,呈蓝光,随着焙烧温度的升高或KCl添加量的增大,荧光粉发光强度均呈现先增大后减小的变化规律;当焙烧温度为900℃、KCl添加量为10%(原子分数)时荧光粉的蓝光最强。
ZnS based phosphor with blue emission is fabricated via sintering the mixture of ZnS and KCl in Ar. The sintering temperature and additive level of KCl which will affect the blue emission of the powders are studied. The experimental results indicate that the intensity of blue emission which has a wavelength of 464nm under an excitation wavelength of 337nm increases firstly and then drops with the increase of the sintering temperature and additive level of KCl,and the optimum sintering temperature and additive level of KCl obtained from experiment are 900℃ and 10at%.
