摘要
多孔磷酸钙骨水泥是目前骨组织工程中研究的热点,比常规磷酸钙骨水泥具有更多的优点和更大的潜力,但在临床应用上对其孔径、连通性、强度及降解速度都有严格要求。综述了多孔磷酸钙骨水泥的制备方法、存在的问题、解决办法及应用前景。
Porous calcium phosphate bone cement is currently a hot material in bone tissue engineering. It has more advantages and potentials. But it is strict on pore size, interconnectivity, strength, and degradation rate of this material in clinical practice. The methods of making pores, the problems on application, the solutions and development prospect are reported.
