摘要
研究了多孔矿物材料海泡石和膨胀珍珠岩作为调湿材料的吸湿性能及其微观结构对吸湿性能的影响。用静态吸附法测试了2种矿物材料的吸湿性能,用扫描电镜和氮吸附法研究了它们的显微结构。研究结果表明,在两者微孔数量相同的情况下,海泡石因有更大的比表面积和总孔容积而具有更大的低湿度范围内的吸湿性和初期吸湿速率,但在中高湿度范围内海泡石的毛细凝聚作用要小于膨胀珍珠岩。海泡石宜与膨胀珍珠岩一起复合使用,这样的调湿材料在各种环境湿度下都有较大的吸湿量。
The sorption properties and microstructures are studied for the porous minerals materials----sepiolite and expanded perlite. The water vapour sorption properties of the sepiolite and the expanded perlite particles are studied by static adsorption method. Their microstructures are studied by means of scanning electron microscopy and N2 absorption methods. The results show that higher equilibrium moisture contents at low relative humilities and faster water sorption velocity at the beginning of the sorption are for the sepiolite than for the expanded perlite particles. But the amount of the capillary condense for the sepiolite is lower than that for the expanded perlite particle.
