摘要
作为钢铁炉外精炼及有色金属冶炼等冶金炉用内衬材料,镁铬砖在生产和使用过程中易产生有害的含Cr^(6+)化合物,因此必须采取一定的措施防治"铬污染"。在使用过程中,熔渣与材料组分反应引起的化学侵蚀,以及温度急剧变化引起的裂纹和结构剥落是导致RH炉用镁铬砖损毁的主要原因;熔渣与材料组分反应引起的化学熔蚀,熔体渗透引起的裂纹和结构剥落及炉内SO_2气体引起的结构疏松是导致炼铜炉用镁铬砖损毁的主要原因。
As metallurgical furnace lining materials for secondary refining and nonferrous metal smelting, it is necessary to treat the pollution because Cr^6+ compounds are formed when magnesia-chrome bricks are produced and used. The erosion caused by molten slag and the crack caused by temperature diversification are the main destroying mechanism of magnesia-chrome bricks used in RH furnaces while the corrosion caused by molten slag and the crack caused by melts penetration, the structure osteoporosis caused by SO2 are the main destroying mechanism of magnesia-chrome bricks used in copper production furnaces.
