摘要 介绍了取向硅钢中晶粒抑制剂的特点及相关的晶粒抑制理论。综述了目前最常用晶粒抑制剂,如硫化锰和氮化铝的研究现状。选用固溶或析出温度较低的晶粒抑制剂可降低板坯加热温度并降低能耗成本,从而可实现低温板坯加热技术。 The characteristics of grain inhibitors in grain-oriented silicon steels are introduced with the theory of grain inhibiting, and the present research of the most common grain-inhibitors such as MnS and AIN is reviewed. The slab heating temperature and the energy consumption costs can be reduced by the selection of grain inhibitor with lower solid solution or precipitates temperature, which can realize low-temperature slab heating technology.
